Knox County 4-H members are invited to a Community Service Drop-In Night to celebrate 4-H Week!
We’ll have 5 service stations—participate in all, just one, or a few:
- Blanket tying for Galesburg OSF
- Burp Cloth making for Boots and Blessings
- Puzzle Coloring for Galesburg Nursing Homes
- Take and Make Cookie Decorating Workshop kits
- Chex Mix Making for Club Leaders

All members who attend the 4-H Week Community Service Drop In night will leave with a take and make cookie decorating workshop kit that they can complete at home and share photos with Emma to take part of our 4-H Week fun!

Have a member that can't make it to the Community Service Drop In night but still wants to participate in the take and make cookie decorating workshop? Reach out to Emma at [email protected] for us to make you a kit!
Drop in, get creative, and give back while celebrating what it means to be part of 4-H!

Congratulations to Our State Fair 4-H General Show Exhibitors!

We are proud of all of our 4-H members who participated in the State 4-H General Show! Their hard work, creativity, dedication, and willingness to showcase their projects made for an exciting and successful State Fair experience.

This year, several of our members brought home Champion, Reserve Champion, and Inspire Awards across a variety of project areas. These accomplishments are a wonderful reflection of the time and effort our members put into their 4-H projects.

We want to extend a huge congratulations to all of our award-winning members! We are so proud of everything you accomplished this year!

The Knox County 4-H Refrigerator Pickle Workshop was a success! From crunchy cucumbers to bold brines, everyone nailed it!
A huge thank you to our summer intern, Erin Welch, for leading and organizing our workshop today. It has been awesome having her in our office this summer to execute projects and help set us up for a successful new 4-H year!

An awesome way to wrap up the end of the 4-H year with our Federation members!

Our Federation met at the Iron Tee driving range to celebrate the end of fair and the 4-H year before everyone heads off to the state fair and starts school!
