As we near the end of our growing season, we're excited to share photos from our youth education team. Here is just a small selection of the special moments they've shared with us.

✨ Each week, they teach free, weekly classes on growing food, saving seeds, and cooking with fresh ingredients to young people across the county.

🌱 We're incredibly grateful to our youth education partners that provide community rooted spaces where young people grow food, skills, and a sense of belonging.

Become a Working Food CSA member for the 2026-2027 growing seasons!

🍉 As a member, you’ll receive a weekly share of freshly harvested produce, grown with care and picked the same day you bring it home!

🍊 Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) programs are a subscription-based model where you can purchase shares in a local farm’s seasonal harvest. Get fresh, locally grown produce on a weekly basis!

🍋 Sign up by July 1 to receive 1-2 weeks free! Pay in full or monthly installments: $35/week for 32 weeks. Our season begins Oct. 19 and runs through June 7, 2027!

🍏 Your membership provides the upfront, reliable support that allows our farmers to plan, plant, and grow throughout the season. That stability makes it possible for us to donate the majority of what we grow, expanding access to fresh food across our community!

Head to WorkingFood.org/csa for more information and to become a CSA member!

Thank you to Working Food for their generous donation to the ACLD Seed Library!

This year’s Amazing Give was a powerful reminder of what happens when our community comes together. With your help, we raised $24,170!

Thanks to your support, our community can join a garden class, learn to cook fresh food, take home seeds, or spend time growing food together.

Whether you donated, shared our message, or cheered on our work, you helped strengthen a local food system that belongs to all of us.

Thank you for helping make this work possible.

We’re grateful to our sponsor, StokeBarn, for supporting Working Food through their final harvest dinner of the season. Stoke’s farm-to-table gatherings celebrate local ingredients while also serving a deeper purpose: generating meaningful support for the programs that strengthen our regional food system.

A significant portion of the evening’s proceeds will be donated to Working Food, helping expand access to fresh food, deepen hands-on gardening education, and support community-led food systems.

The dinner is now sold out. We’re thankful to Stoke and to each guest attending—your presence helps sustain and grow this work.

Volunteering your time and energy is a great way to represent your voice in our local community!

🌱 At a time when a lot feels out of our control, a powerful way to create the world we wish to live within is by volunteering.

✨ Join us weekly on Thursdays through June from 5:30 - 7:30pm at our donation farm to get your hands in the dirt and learn!

💖 We welcome people of ALL ages and backgrounds to participate in local food, no matter one’s abilities or experiences – volunteering is a way to enjoy how inclusive local food can be when we create spaces for everyone.

A huge thank you to volunteer Whitney for capturing these special moments 🥦
