We are just over a week away from the 10th Annual Gainesville Jaycees Charity Golf Classic at Achasta Golf Club, and we are looking forward to a great day supporting an even greater cause. We are officially just 3 weeks away from the Gainesville Jaycees Charity Golf Classic.

The tournament is about much more than a day on the golf course. The money raised helps support our Empty Stocking Fund, a program where Jaycees members personally shop for, wrap, and distribute Christmas gifts to children and families in need right here in our community.

Now entering our 10th year, this program has helped provide more than 2,000 Christmas gifts to local children. When you support our tournament, you are helping create special memories for families across Hall County during the holiday season.

Thank you to everyone who came out to our Gainesville Jaycees Alumni Happy Hour tonight at Bourbon Brothers. It was great seeing former and current members together, reconnecting, sharing stories, and continuing the relationships that make this organization so special.

A few of our Gainesville Jaycees members had the opportunity to help set up tables and chairs for the Sisu of Georgia “Rock in the Spring” concert at the Arts Council this week. This annual event supports Sisu Integrated Early Learning, an organization that provides inclusive early learning and support services for children and families in our community.

The concert featured live music, food, and community fellowship, all while raising support for a great cause. We are always grateful for opportunities to serve alongside organizations making a meaningful impact in Gainesville and Hall County.

Today, the Gainesville Jaycees had the opportunity to host Congressman Andrew Clyde as our guest speaker. Congressman Clyde shared his personal story, discussed his experience serving in Washington, and spoke about issues impacting both our community and the country.

We appreciate him taking the time to meet with our members and continue the conversations that help keep young professionals engaged in leadership and civic involvement.

This past Saturday, the Gainesville Jaycees were proud to partner with the Northeast Georgia Speech Center to give back to our community. Our members spent the day spreading mulch and painting a classroom and bathroom to help improve a space that serves so many local families.

Service is at the core of what we do, and we’re always grateful for opportunities like this to make a hands-on impact right here in Hall County. If you’re looking for a way to get involved and give back, we’d love to have you join us.
