🎄 Help Support the Gainesville Jaycees Empty Stocking Fund!

We are looking for local businesses, organizations, and individuals who would like to help make a difference in our community this Christmas through the 2026 Empty Stocking Fund.

Sponsorship opportunities start at $250 and include several ways to support the project while receiving recognition throughout the year.

Every sponsorship helps us continue supporting local children and families during the Christmas season, and we are incredibly grateful for the community that makes this project possible each year.

Today, the Gainesville Jaycees had the privilege of welcoming David Lee from Jackson EMC as our guest speaker. David shared insights on the Georgia Territorial Electric Service Act, the challenges of serving one of Georgia’s fastest growing regions, and how Jackson EMC is planning for the future while continuing to invest in the communities it serves. He also highlighted the impact of the Jackson EMC Foundation, showing how even small monthly contributions can make a meaningful difference in improving the places we live, work, and raise our families.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to Jackson EMC for being our largest corporate sponsor this year. Their continued support of the Gainesville Jaycees and our mission to serve the community is greatly appreciated.

Community is at the heart of what we do.

This morning, members of the Gainesville Jaycees spent the morning volunteering at the Northeast Georgia Speech Center, helping paint a room, build a new playground set, replace a fence, and power wash the exterior. Every project, big or small, helps create a better environment for the children and families they serve.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time and effort today. We are proud to partner with organizations like the Northeast Georgia Speech Center and continue making a positive impact right here in Hall County.

🎄 Christmas in July with the Gainesville Jaycees 🎄

We hope everyone is staying cool in the middle of this summer heat. Around here, July has us thinking ahead to cooler weather, Christmas time, and one of our favorite service projects of the year, the Empty Stocking Fund.

Each year, the Gainesville Jaycees raise money to purchase Christmas gifts for local children in need. Our members shop, wrap, and help distribute the gifts at a Christmas gifting party for families in our community.

Last year, this project helped serve more than 200 children, and we are excited to continue building on that impact this year.

We are currently looking for sponsors who would like to help us make Christmas special for local children and families. If you or your business would like to support the Empty Stocking Fund, please reach out to the Gainesville Jaycees for more information.

Today, the Gainesville Jaycees were proud to donate $1,000 to South Hall Middle School Football to help support equipment and program needs for the Knights.

Supporting local youth and giving back to the community are important parts of our mission. We are grateful for the opportunity to invest in the next generation and wish the Knights the best of luck this season.

This week, the Gainesville Jaycees had the opportunity to hear from Mark Turner, candidate for Hall County Commission District 1. Mark shared his background, discussed the issues he sees facing Hall County, and answered questions from our members.

One of the things that makes the Jaycees unique is the opportunity for young professionals to engage directly with community leaders and stay informed about local issues. We appreciate Mark taking the time to speak with our club and share his perspective.

Another Gainesville Jaycees Charity Golf Classic is in the books.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 10th Annual Gainesville Jaycees Charity Golf Classic at Achasta Golf Club. Today, the Gainesville Jaycees had the opportunity to hear from both District 3 Commissioner candidates, Tyler Crawford and Shannon Davidson, as they shared their perspectives, priorities, and vision for Hall County.

As an organization focused on developing young leaders and encouraging community involvement, we value opportunities like this to learn more about the issues impacting our area and engage directly with local leadership. Thank you to both candidates for taking the time to speak with our members and answer questions.

We are officially just 3 weeks away from the Gainesville Jaycees Charity Golf Classic.

The tournament is about much more than a day on the golf course. The money raised helps support our Empty Stocking Fund, a program where Jaycees members personally shop for, wrap, and distribute Christmas gifts to children and families in need right here in our community.

Now entering our 10th year, this program has helped provide more than 2,000 Christmas gifts to local children. When you support our tournament, you are helping create special memories for families across Hall County during the holiday season.
