🌾☀️Summer Solstice Offerings☀️🌾
🌬️Biodynamic Breathwork🌬️
Friday, June 19th | 6:30-8 PM
This is an opportunity to drop in, unwind, release and feel more connected to your heart. You will be guided through gentle cycles of breath, movement, release, and grounding that will support your nervous system’s natural capacity to regulate and heal.
We begin with full Conscious Connected Breath as the entry point to awareness. This type of breath helps energy move gently and safely through the nervous system. We incorporate attention to felt sense and simple movement, which frees tension where the body has contracted, unwinds stuck tension patterns, and helps restore natural flow and ease. Rounding out each cycle is a grounding practice, which helps your body feel safe and supported to release that which is no longer serving you. The breathwork is followed by a period of meditation, allowing the body to integrate and settle into stillness.
No prior breath work experience required. Please dress warmly and comfortably. Suggested donation of $15-30.
📿Summer Solstice Yoga Mala📿
Saturday, June 20th | 9:15 AM
Join us for a special Summer Solstice practice as we celebrate the changing of the seasons with movement, breath, and intention. A Yoga Mala consists of 108 Sun Salutations, offering an opportunity to reflect on the first half of the year, release what no longer serves you, and set meaningful intentions for the season ahead. This powerful practice blends moving meditation, breathwork, and manifestation into a transformative experience. Whether you complete one Sun Salutation, all 108, or any number in between, this practice is for everyone. We’ll take three breaks with options to rest or enjoy nourishing stretches, followed by an extended Savasana or meditation to integrate the experience.
The practice will last approximately 90min-2 hours.
Come as you are and leave feeling strong, focused, and grounded for the season ahead.
