KNOW YOUR WEINGARTEN RIGHTS!
If you are called into a meeting with management that you reasonably believe could lead to discipline, you have the right to request union representation.
You can say:
“If this discussion could in any way lead to my being disciplined or terminated, I respectfully request that my union representative be present.”
Remember: You must ask for representation—management is not required to remind you of this right. If you are unsure, pause the meeting and contact your union representative.
Save and share this flyer so you and your coworkers know your rights! ✊💙

✊ Solidarity in Action!
We had a fantastic turnout for today’s Solidarity Action at the library! Members came together over pizza, salad, and cookies, connected with one another, and participated in a great Q&A.
It was an opportunity to share information, ask questions, and strengthen the solidarity that carries us forward.
Thank you to everyone who joined us today. Our strength comes from our members—and when we show up together, our collective voice is stronger. 💪
