Teens That Care Fresno Teens That Care is a non-profit organization of high school students dedicated to serving the community.

TTC partners with other local organizations, while also having independent programs that target underserved areas. Our vision is to create relationships with those we serve and to bridge the community, while creating in our teens, a lifelong passion for serving. Teens That Care strives to be open to all demographics and does not impose a financial burden to its membership. TTC is a 501(c)(3) and is funded through corporate and personal donations and is 100% volunteer run.

What better way to kick off the new school year than with a fun-filled morning together at Copper River Park! 🌳✨

Yesterday, more than 100 Teens That Care members gathered under the beautiful shady trees for our Back-to-School Meeting & Social. It was the perfect opportunity for our returning members to reconnect, our newest members to make new friends, and everyone to get excited about another incredible year of making a difference in our community! 💙

With our ninth year of Teens That Care officially underway, we’re looking forward to a fall filled with new friendships, meaningful volunteer opportunities, and lots of memories along the way. 🥰🙌

We couldn’t be more proud of this amazing group of young people and all they do to make our community a better place. Here’s to an incredible 9th year of Teens That Care! 🎉💙

🧣💙 Making a Difference, One Blanket at a Time! 💙🧣

It may have been a hot summer day outside, but 24 amazing Teens That Care members enjoyed a cool evening inside the Woodward Park Library—turning fleece into 75 warm, cozy blankets! 🥰

These blankets will be donated this winter to children who need a little extra warmth and comfort. What a wonderful way for our teens to spend an evening together while making a BIG difference in the lives of others. ❤️

Thank you to our incredible Teens That Care volunteers for giving their time, energy, and hearts to this special project! We can’t wait to see these blankets wrapped around so many deserving children this winter. ❄️🧤

What a fantastic day at the Fresno Discovery Center Family Fun Day! 🧪🎨🔬

On Saturday, our teens had so much fun helping children and families explore exciting STEAM activities (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). It was wonderful to see so many young minds engaged, creating, experimenting, and learning through hands-on projects.

The smiles and excitement on the kids’ faces said it all—they absolutely loved every project our teens provided!

A special thank you to Teens That Care Advisor Karen Castello for organizing these creative and educational STEAM activities and for helping make the day such a success.

What an incredible Friday night of service! 💙

Our amazing Teens That Care volunteers braved the summer heat to serve at the Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway at the Teague Community Center. They kept the game booths running, handed out hundreds of backpacks filled with school supplies, and helped make the event a fun and memorable evening for so many local children and families.

A huge thank you to our dedicated volunteers for showing up with smiles, energy, and servant hearts despite the high temperatures. Your willingness to give back is making a difference in our community!

A special thank you to Kimberly Bermudez for braving the heat and serving as our wonderful chaperone. We truly appreciate your time, support, and commitment to our teens.

What a wonderful morning serving at the City Center Fresh Grocery Store!

Our incredible Teens That Care volunteers helped families shop for fresh fruits, vegetables, and other nutritious foods in a welcoming grocery store setting where shoppers are able to choose the items that best meet their family’s needs. It is such a blessing to see the smiles, gratitude, and dignity that come from giving people the opportunity to select their own groceries.

This week, our amazing Teens That Care volunteers had the privilege of serving alongside Every Neighborhood Partnership by helping assemble literacy kits for children throughout our community.

ENP’s outstanding literacy program is making a real difference by putting books and learning materials into the hands of children who need them most. We were honored to play a small part in preparing these literacy kits that will bring the joy of reading and learning to so many deserving kids this fall.

🍽️❤️ Serving with Compassion at City Center ❤️🍽️

On Sunday evening, our dedicated Teens That Care volunteers prepared and served a delicious dinner for the residents at City Center. From meal preparation and serving to cleanup and friendly conversations, our teens worked together to create a warm and welcoming evening for everyone.

A home-cooked meal is about more than just food—it’s a reminder that people are cared for and valued. We are incredibly proud of our volunteers for giving their Sunday evening to serve others with kindness, compassion, and joyful hearts.

Thank you to our amazing teens for continuing to make a positive impact in our community, one act of service at a time!
