Came into the office this morning to see that some of our Teddy Bear Toss toys from Fredericksburg Nationals broke out of their donation bags to have a very important meeting about recruiting Big mentors for our Littles!

Thank you Fredericksburg Nationals for the Teddy Bear Toss donation! These stuffed toys will be a great gift for new Littles joining our program, as well as for waitlisted Littles patiently waiting for their Bigs. If all the stuffed toys we were generously gifted escaped, our lobby would be OVERFLOWING with these cuddly pals! 💚❤️
Also, shout out to Girls on the Run Piedmont! It was a highlight running into them while we were picking up fun gifts for the kids we serve.

Our program is made possible through the generosity of donors and community members like these! We are so grateful. 💚

Did you know that Big Brothers Big Sisters Greater Fredericksburg serves all of Planning District 16? That includes the City of Fredericksburg, and the counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford.

This weekend, we attended a Local Heroes Awards Ceremony hosted by the Caroline County Commonwealth's Attorney's Office. We were inspired by the impact of award winners and enjoyed deepening our connections with the local area.
