It’s officially race month and we cannot believe we are just 25 days away! 🏃🤍

The Heppe 15K/5K is back and registration is still open — we would love to have you out there with us! Lace up, bring your people, and run along the river for an incredible cause.
All proceeds benefit the Fairy Godmother Project, a Fredericksburg based nonprofit dedicated to easing the burden of day to day life for families facing pediatric cancer. From meals and groceries to house cleanings and emotional support — they show up for families in the hardest moments and we are so proud to support them. 💛💙🧚🏻

Now through the end of April, we’re collecting travel-sized snacks to help make even the smallest moments a little easier for these families.

We’re so proud to have the Fredericksburg Nationals as one of our amazing sponsors this year ⚾️💛

When local teams show up for our community like this, it means something — and we couldn’t be more excited to partner alongside them in support of the Fairy Godmother Project.

Of course… we couldn’t kick things off without checking in on their MVP — Gus 📣

We made a quick visit to get him adjusted and ready for a full season of dancing on dugouts, hyping up the crowd, and yes… possibly training for the Gus 5K 👀🏃‍♂️

Because let’s be honest that much energy takes maintenance. Even mascots need a posture reset!

All jokes aside, this is what it’s about. Local businesses, local teams, and local organizations all coming together to support families right here in our community.

Last night with the running community at Fleet Feet 👟

We raffled off a pair of Hokas, talked through how chiropractic care supports runners before, during, and after race day, and got to connect with the people who make the Heppe 15K/5K what it is.

There’s something powerful about a room full of runners — shared goals, early mornings, miles logged, and May 23rd on the calendar.

Grateful for this community. Grateful for partners like Fleet Feet.
