Established during the Healthy Start Planning Grant (1997-1999) as the Mountain Communities Collaborative, we work together to bring resources to our community and provide support to the Family Resource Center. Collaborative members consist of Kern County agencies, local businesses, organizations and community members. This project s sponsored in part by First 5 Kern.
