SUMMER MEETING SESSION SPOTLIGHT: We will be featuring some of the great sessions we have scheduled for our upcoming OCTA Summer Meeting and Farm Tour at Feisley Tree Farms (Belmont County) on June 26-27.

Walk the beautiful fields at Feisley Tree Farms with Tom deHaas, OSU Education Educator and identify growing issues. Insects/disease/mechanical injury/animal injury/weather issues...there are so many things that can go wrong. Tom will point out what to look for and help identify what can be done to help grow a great Christmas tree.

Now is a good time to get your supply orders in for pick up at our summer meeting on June 26-27 at Feisley Tree Farms, in Belmont, Ohio. One of the benefits of attending our summer meeting is to be able to order needed supplies and have them delivered to you while you attend the meeting. Many attendees report that they can pay for their meeting registrations and hotel charges by the shipping savings they realize!

Join host Geoff Feisley as he presents several sessions at the event. Geoff will lead sessions on: Tree comparisons from different seed sources; Sheering throughout the different ages of your trees; Homemade custom equipment for use on your farm; as well as offering farm tours each day.

Theresa Feisley is an energetic and creative speaker and will be sure to inspire you to create new artistic designs. She will be leading sessions on bow making, wreath design and growing things on your farm to be used in your wreaths as well as leading a roundtable discussion focusing on gift shops and other sources of income for your farm.
