Welcoming with joy people of all ages, faiths, and backgrounds, our innovative Center provides programs and services designed to meet the needs of everyone from infants to seniors. Come work out in our 50,000 square foot Byer Athletic Center; take a class at our Koret Learning Center; and create a lifetime of memories for your children at our award-winning preschool or one of our seasonal day camps. The PJCC is a beneficiary of the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco, the Peninsula, Marin, and Sonoma counties.

We're celebrating 15 years of PINK Power! ๐Ÿฉท

PINK Power is the only comprehensive post-operative breast cancer rehabilitative exercise program in the Greater Bay Area. Since 2011, we've served over 240 participants and offered over 1,000 community breast cancer classes.

๐Œ๐ž๐ž๐ญ ๐“๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก:

Trish was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016 and faced additional diagnoses, surgeries, radiation, and a double mastectomy with reconstruction. In 2021, a severe infection and pneumonia led to a life-threatening ICU hospitalization and a long, challenging recovery.

In 2022, Trish began physical therapy and discovered PJCCโ€™s PINK Power program. Through personalized exercise and the support of her trainer and the PINK Power community, she rebuilt her physical and emotional strength.

Today, Trish says, โ€œI feel like I am in the best shape Iโ€™ve ever been in my adult life.โ€ PINK Power has helped her regain strength, confidence, and hope while providing a supportive community throughout her recovery.

CEO Jordan Shenker and Rabbi Laurie brought a shofar made from a ramโ€™s horn to campus this Rosh Hashanah, sounding the call to reflection and renewal. Its blasts are a wake-up call and a reminder to look inward and start the year with intention. Tradition holds that you should hear 100 blasts during Rosh Hashanah.
