An abandoned structure that had deteriorated into an unsafe, weed-filled space has now been rehabilitated into functional classrooms, providing a safe learning environment for nearly 200 students. This transformation was made possible by the donors of Angels for Brazil & Africa’s, small but meaningful organization!

Letter That Touched Our Hearts 💧

Today, our team received a handwritten note from Dylan Elton, a Grade 3 student at Grace Learning Centre in Masaka, Uganda — a school that recently received a grant for a water well through Angels for Brazil & Africa.

Dylan wrote to thank us and our donors, describing how students once walked long distances under the hot sun to fetch water, sometimes getting hurt in the process. Now, thanks to the new well, he says:

“This was a miracle after the sight of seeing endless water droplets… I had tears of joy.”

He even promised, “When you come, we will make you African tea using our endless water!” 🫖💙

Messages like this remind us why we do what we do. Every well, classroom, or scholarship touches real lives — children who can now learn, dream, and grow without the daily struggle for clean water.

Classrooms Built, Desks Provided: Imagine 200 children who were once sitting on the floor due to a lack of desks. Your donations helped us build classrooms and provide those essential desks! 📚✏️
Hygiene and Learning: Bathrooms are vital for both hygiene and learning. We’ve constructed bathrooms in schools that previously had none, ensuring a healthier environment for students, especially adolescent girls. 🚽📖
Scholarships for Bright Futures: From primary school to high school and even nursing and accounting college, our scholarships have empowered hundreds of women with employable skills. 🎓💪
Clean Water Access: Clean water is a basic right. We’ve installed water tanks and ensured access to clean water in schools, positively impacting the health and well-being of students. 💧
Safe Learning Spaces: In a rural area, 80 little girls now attend school safely, thanks to the school dormitory we established. Education knows no boundaries! 🏫🌟
Harmonious Melodies: Brazilian children in the outskirts of São Paulo now enjoy a vibrant music program. 🎵🎶
Empowering Educators: With your support, we’ve provided funds for two additional teachers in a school with over 700 students. Together, we’re nurturing the next generation! 👩‍🏫👨‍🏫

Supporting women in Africa: Our first Microbusiness loan recipient in Africa has opened her small business, survived the pandemic impact, created one job, helped her community and paid back! Congratulation to you Carol, good job and another big thank you to our faithful donors! She opened a shop to sell g-nuts, staple food in Uganda and popcorn! She is supporting her family and has plans to grow!
