Following the remarkable 100% success in the Class 10 Board Exams, Aligarh Education Endowment Fund (AEEF) is pleased to now share the Class 12 Board Examination results from its ongoing collaboration with Hira Public School.

Out of 88 students who appeared in the 2026 Class 12 Board Exams, the school achieved an impressive 95.4% pass rate. Some of these students were supported through AEEF’s merit-cum-means scholarship program (list attached).

We congratulate the students, teachers, school administrators, and parents for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to education. We also sincerely thank AEEF’s generous benefactors whose continued support is helping deserving students pursue their dreams and build a brighter future through education.

This Mother’s Day, we celebrate the love, sacrifice, and unwavering support that mothers bring into their children’s lives every day.

Many students supported through AEEF often share how their mothers inspire them to keep learning, dream bigger, and strive for a brighter future despite difficult circumstances. A mother’s encouragement can become the foundation of a child’s success.

At AEEF, we witness how education transforms those dreams into reality — opening doors to opportunity and hope.

Honor your mother this Mother’s Day by empowering another child through education. Your support can help change a life forever.

AMU Honours MA English Topper with Professor Seemin Hasan Memorial Medal

ALIGARH, May 6: The award ceremony of the “Professor Seemin Hasan Memorial Medal” was organised at the Office of the Dean Students’ Welfare, Aligarh Muslim University, to honour academic excellence in English studies.

Dean Students’ Welfare Prof M. Athar Ansari welcomed the gathering and highlighted the significance of the memorial award, instituted by the family members of late Prof Seemin Hasan of the Department of English. He informed that the medal carries a cash award of ₹50,000 each for the first rank holders of BA and MA English.

This year, the MA English award was presented to Asma Hamid, former resident of Begum Azeezun Nisa Hall, for securing the highest marks in MA English during the 2024-25 session. The BA category award could not be given as no student was enrolled in the final year under FYUP during the session.

Speakers including Prof Asif Hasan, Prof Shaheena Tarannum, Prof T. N. Satheesan, Prof Vibha Sharma, Prof Vishal Sharma, Prof S. Abrar Hasan and Dr S. Saif Hasan reflected on the academic and administrative contributions of late Prof Seemin Hasan. Asma Hamid also shared her memories of her teacher.

As part of the four Vocational Training and Digital Literacy Centers operated by Aligarh Education Endowment Fund (AEEF) in collaboration with Alig Society, we are pleased to share highlights from our Digital Literacy Program for School Children in Moradabad.

Through your continued support, we are equipping young students with essential digital skills, opening doors to opportunity in an increasingly technology-driven world. As with our other centers, this training is provided entirely free of cost, ensuring that financial hardship never becomes a barrier to learning.

There is a cherished local tradition that this school stands in the same vicinity where Sir Syed Ahmad Khan established his first school in Moradabad in 1859 though historical documentation remains unconfirmed. Whether legend or fact, the symbolism is powerful. It reminds us that the mission of educational upliftment that began more than a century ago continues today in a new form: from foundational schooling in the 19th century to digital literacy in the 21st.

In many ways, this effort reflects the same spirit of reform, empowerment, and forward-thinking education that defined Sir Syed’s vision. With your generosity, that vision lives on empowering a new generation with knowledge, confidence, and hope for a brighter future.
