JUST ANNOUNCED: The City of Fort Wayne, through its Public Art Commission, is seeking proposals from qualified applicants to work collaboratively with the SHOUT OUT: Fort Wayne Project Manager to create a piece of permanent artwork in the form of a mural for the Fairfield Terrace Belmont Neighborhood.
