Welcome these SEVEN new precious gals to HCC! 🩷🐶 These lovely ladies are all from various commercial breeding facilities and are ready to start a new chapter with fantastic health care, quality food, grooming, and a loving family to call their own! They are scared and dirty but very sweet and some are already asking for pets and cuddles. 🥹

We think they are all 3-5 years old and didn’t come with names. Their loving new foster families have named them and they are in order:
1. Abi (ruby)
2. Lissie (blenheim)
3. Bella (tricolor)
4. Popsi (ruby)
5. Oakley (tricolor)
6. Zola (ruby)
7. Taffy (apricot Cavapoo)

💉They will get all of their vetting, spays and dentals done in the next few weeks and we are excited to see their personalities blossom!

➡️ Apply to foster! We would love to add more loving families to our network (Fort Wayne, Indiana area). Dogs average only 3 weeks in foster care, and we provide all supplies and cover vet costs! You provide a soft place to land and a loving home and get to cuddle a cavalier for a few weeks. ➡️ Adopt don’t shop! Now is a great time to get your application in for one of these cuties or to be on a waitlist for upcoming pups! And all of our local shelters and rescues are full of adoptable dogs. Please consider adopting a rescue dog before shopping! And if you must purchase from a breeder, please do your due diligence to find a quality, reputable breeder. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to get a pup cup and say hi to us at Bark Fest today! We talked to people about the rescue (foster and adopt!) and Fido's Forest and it was so great to see some of our alumni and meet some new friends too! Thanks to Cathy P and Karen B for helping with the booth and for Loyal K9 Rescue for hosting the event!

ADOPTED- FROST is ready to find his family! This 8 month old, 15lb Cavapoo is the complete package!

We are looking for a loving family for this pup that simply wasn’t sold by his breeder but is so very adoptable! We would prefer a home with kids, with another playful dog, and with a fenced yard so that he has plenty of room to play and be a puppy. He loves squeaky toys and little people to play with. He is showing progress on leash so he will probably be a fantastic walking buddy in time.

He’s doing wonderfully with potty training and sleeping through the night in his crate. He is easily frightened of loud noises so a quiet subdivision or rural setting would be ideal for him. But he is slowly adjusting to city noises as he is being fostered in the downtown area. His curly Cavapoo coat will need to be groomed every six weeks.

We are so happy to announce that Chase has found a new furry best friend and a loving family to call his own! You might recognize Archie, the tricolor boy? He was in our program last year and really needed a playmate. Chase was a perfect match. They are almost the exact same age and size with a very similar play style and we are so excited for them both! Check out the video in comments to see how much fun they’re having. Congrats to Lynn on having two fur babies to love on! 💜

Welcome FROST to the HCC family! This adorable 8 month old cavapoo didn’t sell when he was a young pup so his breeder surrendered him to us! He’s a sweet guy, 15lbs, perfectly healthy, and is going to make some lucky family a wonderful companion! He’ll be ready for adoption after his neuter! 🥹💜
