It may be June, and the sun is shining strong, but we have “snow” much inspiration coming your way. ❄️🏂

It’s not every day we get to spotlight an MS Focus client who snowboards down mountains while living with — but James Kovacevic, known as Mountain Surfers, is carving his own path. 🧡

James is an adaptive athlete showing that even with a life-changing diagnosis like , the things you love don’t have to disappear. 💪✨

Last year, MS Focus had the opportunity to support James with a pair of snowboarding boots, which he used at Move United Sport's Ski Spectacular adaptive camp. And James didn’t just show up, he hit the slopes and took first place in the individual division! 🥇🏔️

James says, “One of my main goals in life is to bring awareness to adaptive sports by giving hope, inspiration, and motivation to others.”

We’re so proud to be a small part of James’ journey. ❄️🧡

Drop a 🏂 in the comments to cheer James on!

We could not be more excited to extend a HUGE congratulations to Phoebe Walker, DAMMS411, and MS Rising on a beautiful and successful first event! 🧡👏

What began as a grassroots effort to create a space for honest conversation, emotional support, movement, and community for those living with has already reached people around the world.

With 100 attendees joining both in person and virtually and more than 100 additional post-event video viewers, this first MS Rising event is a powerful reminder of what can happen when people living with MS come together with purpose, bravery, and determination.

We’re looking forward to the future of and know this is just the beginning of many more conversations that uplift, encourage, and remind the MS community that no one has to live with alone.

Join us this Monday for an art therapy class with Hannah Garrison! We’re slowing down and getting back to the classics with a colorful floral painting session. 🌸

We'll use acrylic paints and loose, expressive brushstrokes to create a beautiful bouquet. This project is all about having fun with color, texture, and movement—not getting every petal perfectly right. Whether you love painting or just want a relaxing, creative escape, being with others living with , we’d love to have you join us.

If your life with MS were a movie, what songs would tell your story?

In his latest article, Dan Digmann invites readers to reflect on the moments that shape their lives with MS — the uncertainty, the resilience, the wins, the losses, and the hope still ahead — through the lens of a personal soundtrack. 🎵

Your story is still being written, and the music is still being composed.

Fundraisers have the word fun in them for a reason — and this Mah Jongg event was a perfect reminder of that.

We’re so grateful to Lindsey Reynolds and her daughters, Skylar and Paisley, for hosting a Mah Jongg lesson, open play, and tournament benefiting our organization in honor of Lindsey’s mother, Carlene Neugesser, who has been living with MS for 48 years.

Thank you to everyone who joined the fun at the Replay Club in Boynton Beach, and to Kari Long from Mahj on the Beach for donating lessons and prizes that made the day extra special.

Events like this show the power of community, creativity, and coming together for a cause. Interested in hosting your own fundraiser to support MS Focus? We’d love to help you turn your idea into impact.
