🌱 Protein: 23g
🌱 Carbohydrates: 80g (Fiber: 16g / Sugar: 9g)
🌱 Fat: 38g (Saturated: 6g)
🌱 Sodium: 350mg

Ingredients:
For the Filling:
* 1/2 can (200g) chickpeas, drained & rinsed
* 1 ripe avocado, mashed
* 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
* 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
* 1 small tomato, diced
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
* Salt and pepper to taste

For the Tahini Dressing:
* 2 tbsp tahini
* 1 tbsp lemon juice
* 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
* 1 garlic clove, minced
* 1-2 tbsp water (as needed)
* Salt and pepper to taste

Fill, dress, eat! Yum yum!
