If God blessed your house, shouldn’t His house matter too?
This question has been stirring in my spirit.
Many of us have watched God provide for our families. He has put roofs over our heads, food on our tables, clothes on our backs, and peace in the middle of storms.
Yet all across this nation, ministries are struggling to maintain the very places where lives are being changed, souls are being saved, and hope is being restored.
The House of God is not just another building. It is where broken hearts find healing. It is where families are restored. It is where children learn about Jesus. It is where prayers go up and miracles come down.
The prophet Haggai asked a sobering question:
“Is it time for you, O ye, to dwell in your cieled houses, and this house lie waste?”
Haggai 1:4 KJV
This is not about money.
This is about priority.
This is about honor.
This is about recognizing that everything we have belongs to God in the first place.
Bread of Life Cathedral of Hope has a vision…
We need a larger place to worship.
We need room for the souls God is sending.
We need space for ministry, outreach, discipleship, and the next generation.
That vision will not be built by one family, one leader, or one large gift. It will be built when God’s people come together and say, “Lord, I will do my part.”
What if the answer to the prayer you’ve been praying is hidden in the seed you’ve been holding?
Today, we are asking every member, every friend, every supporter, and every believer who calls Bread of Life home to prayerfully consider what sacrifice looks like.
Not equal giving, but equal sacrifice.
Let’s build something that will outlive us.
Let’s create a place where our children and grandchildren can worship.
Let’s honor God’s house with the same excellence we desire for our own.
The vision is before us.
Now is the time.
“Honour the LORD with thy substance, and with the firstfruits of all thine increase.”
Proverbs 3:9 KJV
Will you help us build for the Kingdom?
