Stop #2 of the Idaho Bass Federation qualifier series is a wrap at Lake Walcott. Anglers battled through windy conditions but were able to bring some nice fish to the scales.

Our newest state team members from the boater division are Dan Dobransky and Dale Taylor and on the co-angler side is Dallon Ruffing and Robert Waldrop.

Thank you to everyone who came out for this event. We're looking forward to the next one at Lake CDA, July 11-12. Two more state team spots in each division are up for grabs.

See you at the next one!

Stop number one of the 2026 Idaho Bass Federation qualifier series at CJ Strike Reservoir was a success! Anglers had to adapt to changing weather conditions over this two-day event. A challenging task, to say the least, but it seems a few anglers were able to put some nice fish in the boat.

Here are your final results and photos.

Thank you to all the contestants and volunteers for helping make this event a success!

Special thank you to Derick and Susan Rader for handling the weigh-in! As always, you guys knocked it out of the park!

Thank you to Black sands resort and rv park for being our tournament host and being a continued supporter of our bass fishing community! Extra kudos to the owner Bill for helping one of our stranded anglers on the side of the road with trailer issues.

Congratulations to our first 2026 Idaho Bass Federation State Team selectees! Congratulations! Well done!
