4‑H BIGGEST Catch is back! 🎣
Alabama Extension is excited to invite youth ages 9–18 to participate in 4‑H BIGGEST Catch, a statewide virtual fishing and fish art opportunity for Alabama youth.
Participants can fish and/or create art on their own time from June 5 to 15 and submit entries online. No prior 4‑H experience is required.

This past weekend was the 2026 4H Shotgun Championship held in Childersburg. Congratulations to Marshall County, Alabama 4-H for winning the senior level team overall! They will be representing Alabama next month at the National Championship held in Nebraska.

If you would like to register for any of these camps call 256-766-6223 and it is first come first serve. The STEM camp is the only camp you will call the Library to register for the STEM camp.
The normal clubs that meet year round (Archery and Horse Club) will not be meeting in the summer but will return in September.
Shotgun will meet this summer and I will get those dates out as soon as I know them.

We would like celebrate another one of our seniors today. His leadership in Livestock Judging has led his team to place in the top 5 at the state competition 3 years in a row. We are so proud of all his accomplishments in Livestock judging and can not wait to see what the future holds for this young man.
