Meet Mercer Ridge Farms.

Rebecca Fain and her husband have raised Honeybees on the north side of Mercer Lake for the past 18 years. What started as a hobby, has grown from 2 hives to around 26 hives, depending on time of year, and has provided thousands of hours of enjoyment watching the most industrious insects you can imagine.

Profits from Mercer Ridge Farms honey and honey-based products sales go to support the Oregon State University Bee Lab. The Bee Lab has been working diligently to support honeybee health and address the pests, pesticides and poor nutrition which have had a significant negative impact on Honeybee health and life span.

What started as a fund raiser for hurricane Harvey in Texas soon blossomed to a small in home bakery.

Now in Oregon, Mimi’s Bakery is finding their place among the wonderful craft makers here on the coast. At her booth you’ll find baked goods, specialty jams, along with some gluten free items.
