💜 A HUGE THANK YOU TO OUR AMAZING VOLUNTEERS! 💜

Yesterday at Mother Smith’s Open Hand Pantry, these wonderful volunteers showed up ready to serve, organize, prepare, and help our community with love. 🙌🏾❤️

Every bag packed, every item sorted, every table prepared, and every helping hand made a difference. A pantry cannot serve the community without people who are willing to give their time, energy, and heart — and yesterday, this team did exactly that!

We are incredibly grateful for each person who came out and helped make the day run smoothly. Your service matters, and our community is stronger because of you. 💪🏾🥰

💛 Pantry Day Is Tomorrow! 💛

Mother Smith’s Open Hand Pantry will be open tomorrow, Friday, August 7th, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Come out and get what you need while supplies last. We’ll have helpful items available for the community, including:

🍗 Chicken wings
🥫 Non-perishable items
🥫 Canned goods
🧼 Toiletries
🪥 Hygiene kits
🏠 Household items

💛 We’re Looking for Helping Hands! 💛

Our Savior Outreach Ministries is seeking volunteers to assist with Mother Smith’s Open Hand Pantry and upcoming community outreach events.

Volunteers can help with food distribution, pantry organization, event promotion, setup, cleanup, and more. This is also a great opportunity for high school students needing community service hours.

🎉💛 What an AMAZING day on the Eastside! 💛🎉

Yesterday’s Eastside Community Fun Day was truly a blessing! The turnout was beautiful — children laughing, parents connecting, families enjoying themselves, and the community coming together in such a powerful way. 🙌🏽

We are grateful for every person who came out, volunteered, donated, served, supported, shared the flyer, brought their children, and helped make the day special. Days like this remind us why community matters. 💛

A special thank you to Eddie for supplying the bounce houses for the kids — they had an absolute ball! 🎈👏🏽

And a huge thank you to Paul’s Barbecue for sponsoring the hot dogs, hamburgers, and sausages. Your generosity helped us feed families and make the day even better. 🍔🌭🔥

To every parent, child, volunteer, sponsor, and supporter — thank you for helping make the Third Annual Eastside Community Fun Day a success. We are thankful, encouraged, and excited to keep serving our community with love.
