Flemington NJ Moose Lodge 1829 Flemington NJ Moose Lodge #1829 is a fraternal and service organization dedicated to community service and the Loyal Order of Moose charities.

The Loyal Order of Moose is a fraternal and service organization founded in 1888, with nearly 800,000 men in roughly 1,800 Lodges, in all 50 states and four Canadian provinces, plus Great Britain and Bermuda. Along with other units of Moose International, including the Women of the Moose, the Loyal Order of Moose supports the operation of Mooseheart Child City & School, a 1,000-acre community for

children and teens in need, located 40 miles west of Chicago; and Moosehaven, a 70-acre retirement community for its members near Jacksonville, FL. Additionally, Moose Lodges conduct approximately $50 million worth of community service (counting monetary donations and volunteer hours worked) annually. Thank you to everyone who came out to the lodge today to honor our amazing heroes!

A special thank‑you to our core supporters — Bob (Hot Tub Bob) Sefack, and Bonnie Garritano — for cooking, and decorating. You make everything easy, and you’re truly a joy to work with.

To everyone who donated apps, sides, salads, and desserts — YUM! I heard nothing but praise about the food and how organized everything was. THANK YOU

Wow! What a fun time! Thank you so much Lisa McAloney and John McAloney for hosting another fantastic campout at the lodge! The weather was perfect. The food was fantastic and of course the family and friends that were there made it even more perfect. We will see you next year. May 22nd 2027.

Parade Update & Memorial Day Plans

Due to the uncertainty in tomorrow’s weather, the Parade Committee has decided to cancel marching in the parade.

BUT—Family Fun Day is still ON!
Come down to the lodge tomorrow as we honor our heroes.

What’s happening:
- John will be behind the bar starting at 11
- Bob will be firing up the grill
- Tons of delicious food donated by our amazing members
- Weather is expected to clear by noon
- Horseshoe pits are cleaned up and ready for some friendly competition

Bring your family, bring your friends, and let’s make it a great day at the lodge!
