Through culturally responsive care and collective action we foster healing, resilience and belonging. Safe Harbor strives to foster emotional healing, provide a safe space to experience positive socialization, and eliminate barriers to basic needs for the Hunterdon County community. We offer support groups for both men and women with topics around DV, healthy parenting techniques, other forms of trauma. We are healing space for individuals who have experienced both physical and emotional trauma. We have children's programs designed to help their socialization skills and development. We are a safe and affirming space for youth using art as a way to process trauma, and encourages them to be active in their community. Safe Harbor Child Access Centers is a 501(c)3, all volunteer, New Jersey based not-for-profit organization, and is a registered New Jersey charity with the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs.
