Father God, in Your great love for ALL people, You have blessed us with the beauty of this season we call autumn. Your creation cries out that there MUST be a creator! Yet You carry a special, unique love for Your people. Some of those we will minister to today are far from You, and we want them to experience Your forgiveness and walk in the light of Your goodness. May lives be changed today, for Your glory and in the Name of Your Son Jesus - the one who made salvation possible. AMEN. 🙏🙏🙏

Lord, Your Word says that whomever the Son sets free is free indeed, and that is what we SO WANT for the people we serve! We want to see them set free from chains of addiction and hopelessness. We can’t set them free, but we can introduce them to the One who can! Move through us today, we pray in Jesus’ precious and powerful Name, AMEN. 🙏🙏🙏

We are grateful that God showed us long ago that all He holds us accountable for is FAITHFULNESS. He alone is responsible for the fruit.

We are ready Lord!!!
We pray that the people we meet today will see and feel something DIFFERENT about us! Peace, as we tell them about a trial we, too, are going through. Joy, as we tell them about something You’ve worked in our lives. And most of all: HOPE, that we have a new and better world coming because we have placed our lives in the hands of Jesus. Move by Your Spirit so they, too, may have the hope and confidence that comes with new life in Christ. We ask in His precious Name, AMEN. 🙏🙏🙏

Father God - not everyone we meet today is able to speak of this hope with confidence. They are shaken by the events in this world and in their own personal lives. This hope is only possible if it rests upon the rock that is JESUS CHRIST! May they come to know Him and surrender their lives to Him today - we ask in His precious Name, AMEN! 🙏🙏🙏

“The confession of our hope…”

Lord God, for us here at Hands of HOPE, it is in You and Your Son Jesus that ALL our hope is found. We are serving today because we want to share the hope we have found with those in our community who are hopeless. There are many Lord, who feel like the world and the people in it have let them down. But we try to be there faithfully because YOU have been so faithful to us - in good times and bad. Work through us today, we pray, to bring the hope of new life into the hearts and minds of those You bring our way. We ask it in Jesus’ Name, AMEN 🙏🙏🙏

Lord, we thank you that for us here in Fitchburg the stormy weather isn’t too bad today. We would have loved to have our cookout and concert outside on a beautiful autumn day, but Thy will be done. We are grateful for shelter that will allow us to still have wonderful food and fellowship and the opportunity to hear the gospel through music and through testimonies. Bring people out and speak to their hearts, we pray. May precious souls be brought into the kingdom today, we ask in Jesus’ Name, AMEN. 🙏🙏🙏

Looks like we’ll be having a cookIN instead of a cookout tomorrow - but this special outreach event will still happen (indoors)! Please pray that the heavy rain will hold off and that people will brace the storm and come out and be blessed! 🙏🎶✝️☔️

This is the building where Hands of Hope meets every week. Before this, we were outside; sun, rain, snow, 98 degrees, or temps near zero. We had to pay rent for storage, too. But God!!!

God put it on the heart of our friend/brother Paul Babineau from Horizon Christian Fellowship to let us use his building. His brother David agreed. It has been a HUGE blessing to be indoors, where people can comfortably sit around a table and share food and fellowship and hear the Word. We are now able to store clothing and supplies right there, and no longer have to dig through totes to find clothes… There’s just more DIGNITY all the way around for the people we serve, and we couldn’t be more grateful to the Babineau brothers.

We were pleasantly surprised by the mayor’s write-up of her recent visit. She heard the Word preached, too, while she was there. May the seeds planted take root. 🙏🙏🙏

Oh, Lord! Will this “something” be in OUR days? The world is so dark right now… sometimes it’s hard to believe that change can come. But nothing is too hard for You! You can make all things new, in individual hearts, and even in our country and this whole world! We pray that You move even today - as we serve You in this ministry. Work through us to bring the light and love of Christ to the precious souls we meet. We ask in Jesus’ mighty Name, AMEN. 🙏🙏🙏
