Hi,
We currently need faithful committed volunteers for these positions at Our Father’s Table.
Cooks from 1:00 to 5:00 on Thursdays up to once or twice a month. Cooks must be serv-safe qualified or willing to become serv-safe certified.
Volunteers to help us set up and serve on Thursdays, at least once or twice a month, from 3:00 to 6:00.
It is rewarding to participate in this feeding ministry that benefits the needy in our community. Please let us know when you would be available to volunteer. Notice!

Our Father’s Table will be closed on Thursday, June 20th, due to excessive heat. We will resume normal meals on Tuesday, June 25th. Thank you for your understanding.

Backup Cook Needed

When there is no school in Fitchburg due to inclement weather, Our Father’s Table will NOT be serving a meal that night.

If the inclement weather occurs during a school vacation week, a decision will be made early that day, in the morning, whether to be open or not.

The OFT phone message at 9783456950 will also be changed to state that we will be closed for that night’s meal.

For Charitable purposes on an all-volunteer basis, to help bring relief for the poor, distressed or underprivileged by providing hot meals.

To follow as closely as possible Mt. 25:35:

“For I was hungry and you gave me some food; I was thirsty and you gave me a drink; I was a stranger and you made me feel welcome”

Acts of charity and benevolence are to be carried out in a manner allowing all who enter our doors to be treated with dignity and respect and to partake without any questions asked, or criteria for eligibility.
