Storm prep starts well before the storm does. Our Catastrophe Response Program includes 24/7 weather monitoring and pre-reserved room blocks in likely impact zones, so inventory is already in place when a storm strengthens.

Once a storm hits, the same team manages rapid placements for displaced policyholders, onsite basecamps for restoration crews, and every reservation, extension, and final report that follows. One point of contact through the entire event.
