It was a great day today celebrating our students successful Laps 4 Lions fundraiser!

Everyone participated in our Fall Field Day. It was a beautiful day and we thank Mrs. Machemer and all our volunteers for making it a fun day for all the kids.

Many classes had their movie and popcorn party today as well. Thank you to Rural King for giving us a great deal on lots of popcorn!

We ended the day with some pies to faces! All our top earners from Laps 4 Lions got to throw a pie at a staff members face of their choosing. We had 11 students in total pie 4 staff members. Mr. Bowen was the favorite, must be payback 🤣.

It’s time to switch gears and focus on our next event. Our annual Trunk or Treat event is scheduled for Friday, October 30th from 6-7:30pm!

We are looking for candy donations to give out during the event. Any candy you’d want to donate can be donated in the main office.

Our first Laps for Lions fundraiser has been a huge success! You guys have raised over $12,000 that will be reinvested into our students and teachers!!! We also had an anonymous donation of $1,000 not included in that total. This donation earned every student a prize from the treasure box and earned every class the movie and popcorn party!!! Thank you for making this fundraiser a huge success. Here are the grade level numbers:

Kindergarten - $2,921.32
1st Grade - $2,028.50
2nd Grade - $1,782.86
3rd Grade - $1,645.47
4th Grade - $1,253.50
5th Grade - $1,324.82
Autistic Support - $1,085

🏃🏃‍♀️Laps for Lions race day was a big success! Our Lions ran/walked approximately 700 miles combined - that’s more than traveling all the way across PA and back!!! 😲

🌟Congratulations to 2nd & 3rd grade for reaching the grade-level donation goal!🌟

🙏Thank you for your incredible generosity and continued support for our school. There’s still time to donate and reward our Lions for their hard work today. 🙌 Our online fundraiser will remain open until Friday 10/16. 💸 Cash donations can be sent to the school with student and sponsor names included.

The Homecoming Parade is this Wednesday 10/7 at 6 PM!!! Please see the map below for our position in the parade lineup, we’re number 37.

We are still looking for lollipop donations for the kids to hand out. They can be dropped off in the office until Tuesday.

If your child would like to walk in the parade with us they MUST be accompanied by an adult! You can meet us there anytime after 5pm. The theme is 90’s if you’d like to dress the part! You will have to meet us at CAMS South and then we end at the high school. If you have questions let us know.
