See that lady beside me? That’s Ashley Crute. There aren’t enough words to say how many times she’s saved my tail over this past year, and I hope everyone knows there would be no VCBF without her extremely hard work and dedication. She is a force, an angel, and the best Assistant Director in the entire world. She is invaluable, and I love her.

We LOVE this program and all the wonderful people at Longwood University SHLS & Communication Sciences and Disorders Program. We truly could not do this without them.

We may be off by a round trip or two, but we estimate Brent Roberts made fourteen round trips to the RIC airport this VCBF week, with a few trips to train station thrown in. A published driving estimate is 73 miles each way, making Brent’s driving total 2,044 miles since Tuesday. Now that’s a hero right there.

We are so grateful to Joe Hines, the Timmons Group, and our other donors who made Leland Melvin’s appearance possible!
