Alro recently got a much needed groom by Beatriz at Barks & Bubbles. As always she does a fantastic job and gives the pups the confidence boost they need to continue on their rescue journey! If you are in need of a groomer for you dog or cat, we highly recommend Barks & Bubbles!

Our sweet Blaze has officially found his forever home! 🏡

This is what you call a not-so-Sunday Funday.

This tiny kitten was found with a severely degloved tail and in obvious pain. When we got the call, there was no hesitation—we jumped in to help.
Right now, this little one is safe and receiving the care they desperately need. We don't know what they've been through, but we do know their story is changing today.
Please keep this sweet baby in your thoughts as we begin the journey toward healing. 💙

🐾 Double the Love, Double the Rescue Success 🐾

Sometimes the best adopters come back for a second helping of rescue love. ❤

A while back, this wonderful family adopted Elliot (now Rico), pictured on the left. When they decided their family was ready to grow, they came back to Last Hope and opened their hearts to Fred, the handsome black pup on the right.

Fred waited a little longer than many dogs to find his forever home, but as this photo shows, the wait was worth it. Not only did he find an amazing family, he gained a built-in best friend. 🐾💜✨

Watching adopters return to rescue another pet is one of the greatest compliments we can receive. It reminds us that rescue dogs leave paw prints on hearts—and that love often makes room for one more.

Thank you to this incredible family for giving both Rico and Fred the lives they deserve. ❤️

ATARI

This beauty is approximately one year old Atari. She was found in a garage with her 5 babies, Sega, Wii, GameBoy, PlayStation and Commodore 64. She was an excellent mama and all her babies are doing well. Now Atari herself is ready for her forever family. She is a sweet girl, who seeks attention and will come and greet you upon your arrival home. She is affectionate and loves pets, but is a little nervous about being picked up. She is easily picked up for moving her to another place, but doesn’t enjoy being toted around. She really loves squeezy treats and eating, and has just taken up playing with the occasional toy. Before that, she just had too much going on for playing, I guess. She has such pretty brown tabby with orange coloring and almost looks like she might have some Bengal in her.

The Game Console Kittens and their mama Atari are being fostered in Burnsville, through Last Hope. Arrange a time to experience these sweeties in person by emailing their foster, Jill, at [email protected]

Atari has had flea/tick treatment, is spayed, microchipped and has had shots appropriate for her age. She is negative for FIV/FeLV. Atari is a great eater and litterbox user and will brighten your days. We have a very large dog and she will go right up to the dog and acts normal around her, so she would probably be great with a respectful dog sibling if introduced correctly. Let me know if you’d like to meet her!
