Live bands, food trucks, bounce houses, face painting and so much more....!!
A day of fun for the entire family! We hope to see lots of our Tommy's Place Families there at Pageant Field in Quincy, MA on June 20th from 11 to 3.
This event is being spearheaded by two special friends of Tommy's Place... Jarlath Waters - dad of our first guest The Mighty Quinn and his good friend and huge Tommy's Place supporter Declan Houton !

This is one event you don't want to miss so be sure to mark your calendars!

Our friends from Teamsters Horseman Motorcycle Association - Chapter 10 East stopped by Tommy's Place yesterday to drop off a generous check that was raised from their annual Poker Run to help support Tommy's Place!

We are so grateful for the support of these awesome women and men who literally go the extra mile to help support Tommy's Place and our mission of bringing smiles to the faces of kids fighting cancer! Yesterday, they told us they are doing it again! This year's poker run will be held on Saturday, August 15th!

A great big hello and welcome to our new Tommy's Place friend David! David and his family and friends visited us at Tommy's Place in Falmouth!

David's mom in her own words...

"A week that absolutely flew by, but one we needed more than I can even put into words. It was so nice to just forget about everything for a little while… to be with my family, be present, and just laugh, joke, and relax as much as we could.

On the way home today, the emotions hit me all at once. Since November, it’s been so much to carry.

I am truly, deeply grateful for Tommy’s Place and everything they do for families and children battling cancer. This time together meant more than anyone could ever imagine ❤️ memories to last a lifetime and more" ✨️ ♥️

"Thank you so much for the chance to stay at Tommy’s Place in Falmouth.

Watching the kids light up with excitement as we arrived and toured the home was amazing. Remy had been away from his friends for so long because of treatment, being able to share the experience with family and friends really gave us the chance to relax and reconnect with our loved ones.

We’ve had a really rough road for a while and this was a chance to breathe. Each room holds its own magic; from the whimsical and fun, to the serene and peaceful, enchanting extras are around every corner. We were blown away by the amount of love and caring put into every space. We made so many great memories, sharing meals, movies, laughter, and more. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you."

Third party fundraisers continue to be the engine that help keep Tommy's Place running 24/7/365...
Tommy's Place relies 100% on the support of the general public to offer 104 free vacations per year to kids who are fighting cancer. We are extremely grateful for the dozens of incredibly generous individuals and businesses who come forward year after year with their own events to help support our mission... without all of you, there is no Tommy's Place!

"We will cherish this week we spent at Tommy’s Place forever. The house brought us so much joy and gave us an opportunity to relax and reset. We have older teens so it’s not often that we all get to be together especially for an entire week. They each brought a friend as well. It was so heartwarming to see them be like kids again. They loved the game room and we played many board games and cards in the tavern. To see a bunch of teenagers play hide and seek again had us laughing.
Reflecting on the past year, and starting the new year creating everlasting memories together."

A great big hello to our new Tommy's Place friend Cullen!
Cullen and his family and friends visited us at Tommy's Place in Centerville!

Cullen's mom in her own words...

"Our family was given the opportunity to stay at one of the Tommy’s Place houses on the Cape—and we truly didn’t realize how much we needed it.

This year has revolved so heavily around treatment schedules, hospital visits, and survival mode. That week away gave us something we hadn’t felt in a long time: space to breathe. A change of scenery that allowed all of us to relax, reset, and just be a family again—without Cullen’s treatment being the primary focus every moment of the day.

The house itself was warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for families who need comfort and ease. But what made the week even more special was ending the trip with Cullen reuniting with one of his best friends from preschool. Watching them pick up right where they left off was pure joy and something we’ll carry with us forever.

We are incredibly grateful for this experience and for places like Tommy’s Place that give families like ours the chance to pause, reconnect, and create memories during an otherwise overwhelming season. If you’re a family walking a hard road, know that moments of light, rest, and joy matter more than you realize."
