This week in Fort Lauderdale, hundreds of CAI members came together at the 2026 CAI Annual Conference & Exposition: Community NOW to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the future of community associations.

During the conference, volunteer leaders shared strategies, insights, and best practices to elevate advocacy efforts nationwide. Together, they are helping ensure that the voices of community associations are heard where it matters most.
