🔥🔥Announcing our Season 4 nonprofit partners!🔥🔥 These fantastic orgs are doing amazing work around our community, and we can’t wait to highlight them on our concerts this Season! Discounted season tickets are now available!
10/3: Falls Church Ed Foundation and their family assistance fund, helping some of our neediest families in falls church city schools
11/21: Sound Impact acting as both performers and partner nonprofit, highlighting their Use Your Voice program, which serves incarcerated youth
1/30: the Falls Church Climate Action Network, who are dedicated to helping city residents and business owners interested in addressing climate change.
4/3: Heeling House for their work placing service animals with disabled children.

🔥🔥Season 4 is coming at you! We are so excited to release our plans for what’s coming up in 2026-2027 🎶 Season tickets are now on sale: grab yours for a 20% discount on all four concerts. 🎫
This year we are working with an amazing lineup: Christylez Bacon and kick things off on 10/3 with some very special guests from our local Falls Church City Public Schools Oak Street Elementary School; Sound Impact plays our second concert on 11/21 with a quartet of musicians highlighting their work on their Use Your Voice program with incarcerated youth; Sam Post, pianist/composer plays our third concert on 1/30 with a slate of original works AND featuring some of the high school students from our 2nd Young Pianists Masterclass; and we finish up with a performance of our 2nd Commission on 4/3: Ashi Day, Composer is writing Wolf at the Door for Balance Campaign + singers (…and there MIGHT be some dogs at the show courtesy of the amazing folks at Heeling House). Thank you so much to this season’s nonprofit partners! We made good on our mission of donating 50% of our ticket sales today to these orgs - what we affectionately call donation day at Little City Concerts. And thank you to everyone that supported us and them this year by buying tickets to our concerts! What an amazing community!! ❤️

Join us this Saturday at The Falls Church for our season finale with 9th Street Chamber Music . Sounds of Home at 250 is our tribute to America’s birthday. Our program, with a diverse array of composers presented, considers the question of what counts for an American voice. 50% of ticket sales benefit Second Story This video features “Home”, by Kevin Puts, performed live here at MRSPL last Monday.

This is from our free show at the Mary Riley Styles Public Library library yesterday: it's a clip from Jerod Impichchaachaaha Tate's "Pisachi" (Reveal), an intense work that is his homage to the American Indian Southwest.
