DC Metro Area Chapter - Virginia Tech Alumni Association The DC Hokies are the local chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association in the DC metro area.

From social events and recreational sports teams to family outings and community service projects, we have something for everyone! With so many members, we strive to provide an array of activities, events, and community service/volunteer opportunities sure to interest everyone. Many of our events are seasonal (football watching parties, intramural sports) or annually (NCR Job Fair, Chili Cook Off,

and Hokie Open Golf Tournament). Other events happen on a regular basis like the Hokie book club, volunteer events such as blood drives and visits to the Carpenter Shelter, and business/networking happy hours. Upcoming events and details are available on our event calendar.
