What a joy to worship, pray, and learn together at the "Transformed by Truth" Women's Conference hosted by the Moldovan Baptist Association of the United States and Canada! BWA Women Executive Director Merritt Johnston and Baptist Women of North America - BWNA President Patty Lane were blessed to serve alongside this incredible group of women and to see the Spirit move in powerful ways. Join us in giving thanks for these women of God and in prayer for God's continued blessings as they return home to serve in their homes, churches, and communities.

Giving thanks for the opportunity to be part of this wonderful event! It was a privilege to worship, learn, and serve alongside people who are faithfully following God's call. If you are considering seminary, please check out Truett Theological Seminary.

BWA Women Executive Director Merritt Johnston was honored to serve this week at Truett Seminary's inaugural "Follow the Call" Conference. We are so thankful for Truett's faithful legacy and forward-thinking vision to equip women in ministry, and we pray that each person in attendance was encouraged to follow God's call in every season. As Director Johnston shared, "Whether you are at the starting line, the marathon middle, or the faithful finish of the race marked out for you, follow the call through it all."

Leading up to the 2026 Baptist World Alliance Annual Gathering in Toronto, we enjoyed the opportunity to worship with Kingsway Baptist Church. It was a blessed time of worship, fellowship, and learning together as Valérie Duval-Poujol, BWA Ambassador for Standing Against Gender-Based Violence, shared a message centered on "Jesus and Women." A special thanks to the Kingsway family and Helena Bergen from CBWOQ for your hospitality!
