At this month's meeting we celebrated The Man, The Myth, The Legend- Mr. John Medeiros on his 90th Birthday! Thank you, John, for so many incredible years of memories and dedication to our organization. We will never be able to thank you enough, but hope that these delicious Rescue Cafe cupcakes were a good start!

This year, the North Fairhaven Improvement Association has so much to be thankful for. Due to the endless support and donations from our community, we were able to make a substantial financial donation to the Acushnet Shepherd’s Pantry, which services individuals from not only Fairhaven, but all over the SouthCoast. Pictured is President Andrew Romano dropping of our donation this past weekend before our Old-Tyme Holiday Cafe- another amazing success thanks to you all.

Also in 2025, we were able to bring back our Scholarship Program, as well as make significant financial contributions to various town projects.

June 2025-June 2026 is when we celebrate our 75th year as an organization. We cannot wait to see what the future brings, and look forward to being able to continue serving our community of North Fairhaven and beyond!

NFIA, North Fairhaven Improvement Association is celebrating its 75th Anniversary. The group sponsors an annual; Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Parade, Lighting of Benoit Square with caroling and a visit from Santa, the North Fairhaven Open Air Market and other activities that benefit the town.

UPDATE: This contest is now closed. The winners randomly chosen are:

Citizens for Citizens, Inc. nominated by Brenda Marie
