Our organization established in 2011 in Northern California, is serving the Solano County area which includes a bankrupt city, several school districts with no middle school sports and one school district that is threatening to remove all sports from the high schools. The high school drop-out rate is near 40% and will surely increase if sports are lost. Here is what SFA offers free of charge to youth:
