Please ensure to bring for yourself
-Chairs / yoga mat
-Water bottle / water
-Bug spray
-Sun Screen
It is recommend to wear full coverage cloths to avoid bug bites. Wear hiking boots or other proper footwear if joining for walk/ hike. Pack some snacks for yourself as no group food is planned for this event.
Note : Park on the left side parking lot when coming to the park. The preferred location for meditation is next to it.
