If you’ve been in the RV business long enough, you know how this goes.

There are times when traffic is steady, deals come together a little easier and the showroom has energy without you having to work too hard for it. And then there are times like the one we’re in now – where customers take longer, deals take more effort and your team has to stay patient and disciplined to keep things moving.

I’ve always believed slower markets don’t just impact numbers – they reveal habits. They show you how your team works when things aren’t falling into place as easily, and they put leadership squarely in focus. Because when momentum slows down, motivation doesn’t take care of itself.
