Happy Birthday to Juliette Gordon Low, the original Girl Scout trailblazer! 🎉

More than a century ago, Juliette believed girls deserved a place to discover their strengths, find their voices, build friendships, and take on new adventures.

Today, her vision lives on in every Girl Scout who tries something new, lends a helping hand, discovers what she's capable of, or finds the courage to lead.

From the very first troop to the girls making memories right here in southwest Indiana, her bold idea is still growing. 🌱

There's so much to discover right in our own communities! 🎃

Girl Scout Troop 38 from Daviess County visited Ettienne’s Farmers Market, where they learned about locally grown produce, picked out pumpkins, and gave them colorful makeovers! Some even became clever “pumpkins in disguise!”

We love seeing our Girl Scouts connect with their communities, learn something new, and get creative along the way! 💚

👻 A little history, a little mystery, and a whole lot of Girl Scout adventure!

Troop 267 took their Night Owl badge adventure to the streets of New Harmony for a Haunted New Harmony Tour with Joni Mayhan! 🌙

Along the way, they uncovered fascinating local history and spooky stories about landmarks like the Fauntleroy House, Working Men's Institute, and more. One favorite? Learning about Mary Emily and her role in rebuilding the historic Fauntleroy House!

Through the Night Owl badge, Girl Scouts discover a whole new side of the world after dark, building confidence, curiosity, and a sense of adventure along the way. 💚

Way to go, Troop 267! 🦉

🏕️ A little history, a lot of adventure, and memories to last a lifetime! 💚

Junior Troop 198 headed to Sycamore Springs in English, Indiana, for a camping adventure full of learning, laughter, and new experiences!

While working on their Girl Scout Way and Playing the Past badges, the girls explored old-fashioned games, learned to cook over a campfire, practiced safe hiking, and sang Girl Scout songs along the trails. 🌲🎶

They even got a little more familiar with the local skunks than they probably planned! 🦨😂

From learning old traditions to making new memories, that's Girl Scouting! 💚
