The Housing4All Strategic Housing Plan draft was released on March 26. Residents are encouraged to read the plan and share comments or questions here and with your council member and City Manager Luke Stowe.

The draft is scheduled for the April 13 City Council agenda. There have also been requests from some residents and a council member to allow additional time for review and feedback before any final action is taken.

Contact 311 or your Councilmember. For most questions or service requests, 311 is the fastest way to connect with the right City staff.

Northwestern University expects to release its draft traffic and parking plan by the end of the month. We will circulate it immediately upon release. We encourage everyone to review it closely—this will be an important moment to identify gaps, raise concerns, and ensure the plan reflects real neighborhood conditions.
