Come learn, connect, and grow with us. We’re proud to support the LGBTQ+ and Law Enforcement event at ECAT. Hosted by Erie’s Q+ and allied organizations, this free community education session will feature Ted Hoover of the Persad Center in Pittsburgh.

Together with community partners, the program will explore LGBTQ+ rights and their intersection with community engagement and law enforcement.

Yesterday, I sent an email indicating neither Erie nor Meadville would host a “Rise up/Sing Out/Watch Party event”. That didn’t sit well with some people so in less than 24 hours a group has gathered and organized this event.
