Big News! Oregon’s First Modular MRI Suite is Coming to Wallowa County!

We are beyond excited to announce that we have received official approval from the Oregon Health Authority to launch our new, state-of-the-art MRI suite this fall!

This project has been two years in the making, and it wouldn’t be possible without the incredible support of our community. By bringing this innovative, permanent solution to Wallowa County, we’re ensuring that top-tier diagnostic care is always available right here at home.

WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We want this space to feel like home. We are currently planning a beautiful wall mural and a custom skylight for the new suite, and we want your input on the design!

Thank you to the 2026 Men's Guild, who showed up last night to hear EMS Director Donald Taggart present this year's project: new training mannequins to help make sure our crews are best prepared to respond to trauma situations. Thank you Donald, hospital CEO Dan Grigg, and emcee Ryan Sheehy. Thank you M. Crow for hosting!
