This fall, we invite organizations to send their team members to participate in one of NAAPIMHA’s FREE and virtual Mental Health First Aid and Achieving Whole Health Wellness Coach trainings!

Trainings are valued at roughly $200 per person but are available at no cost due to a grant from the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration ending at the end of this year.

NAAPIMHA invites you all to join us on Thursday, August 20th at 4-5 pm PT / 7-8 pm ET for a special virtual listening session focused on diverse pathways in the behavioral health field!

Every career path into behavioral health is unique, shaped by different opportunities, mentors, and resources along the way. As part of our effort to support the current and future generations, NAAPIMHA has created an initial snapshot of a Behavioral Health Workforce Inventory. This is a growing collection of internships, scholarships, and entry points into the field for people at all stages of their careers. We invite you all to share your own journeys and experiences across the field.

NAAPIMHA invites you to join us for an upcoming FREE & virtual Mental Health First Aid certificate training! This is a limited-time offering for adults 18 and older seeking to build skills to support the mental health of friends, family, and community members at an early intervention level!

Dates & Times:
🔸Youth Mental Health First Aid: July 21st and 22nd from 10-2 pm PT / 1-5 pm ET via Zoom
🔸Adult Mental Health First Aid: August 12th and 13th from 11-3 pm PT / 2-6 pm ET

This course is valued at $170. Thanks to a training grant from the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration, learners may attend at no charge.

Please respect the time of our coordination team and only register if you are available and can commit to live attendance on both days and the completion of online prework, as they are required to earn the certification.
