The Michael S. Jacobs Foundation Founded in 2005, The MSJ Foundation provides youth, high school, and college athletes with the opportunity to peruse their dreams in athletic endeavors.

The Michael S. Jacobs Foundation was founded in early 2005 after the unexpected death of Slammers Baseball, co-owner, Mike Jacobs on July 22, 2004. The main goal of the foundation is award college scholarships to high school seniors. The scholarships are based on academic performance, community service, and participation in either varsity baseball or golf. The proceeds of this golf tournament will

go towards providing opportunities for youth, high school, and college athletes to pursue their dreams in athletic endeavors. To fund this objective, the Mike Jacobs Foundation has teamed up with Slammers Baseball and Meningioma Mommas. Donations Recognition of talented and deserving athletes is the purpose of the foundation.
