Team Spotlight: Acadia Fire U11 Girls!

We're excited to highlight our U11 Girls team! These young athletes are building their soccer skills, growing in confidence, forming friendships, and learning what it means to be part of a team.

Did you know? Research has linked girls' participation in sports with better mental health, including lower rates of anxiety and depression. Some studies have reported rates 1.5–2.5 times lower among girls who participate in sports compared with those who have never played.

At Acadia Fire FC, we believe soccer is about so much more than what happens on the field. It's about building confidence, resilience, friendships, and a lifelong love of being active.

Keep up the great work, U11 Girls! We're proud of you!
