LBA's Executive Officer, Patricia, and other Wisconsin EOs and Association staff attended the NAHB Association Management Conference this week in St. Louis. Making connections with others across the entire US, everyone is bringing home new ideas and/or resources to better serve our members. WBA and Madison Area Builders Association each brought home awards.

🏡 A Great Evening at The Shores of Delavan Lake!

Thank you to Shodeen Homes for hosting a wonderful LBA Member Meeting & Social at The Shores of Delavan Lake Clubhouse!

Members enjoyed connecting with one another, welcoming several new LBA members, and learning more about The Shores development and other Shodeen projects underway throughout Walworth County. It was especially interesting to hear how this family-owned business continues to invest, build, and create new housing opportunities in our communities.

Great conversations, beautiful surroundings, and a chance to see local development firsthand made for a fantastic summer evening. Thank you to Shodeen and everyone who joined us!
