Truth in Health Association is proud to partner with Project 66 Food & Resource Center to help provide Thanksgiving meals for 700 families in our community!

We believe healthy communities are built when people and organizations come together to support one another. And this is a wonderful opportunity to put that belief into action!

Glow Golf was a fun one! ⛳️💜

We showed up ready to play, but they weren’t quite ready to open! 😱😂 They opened a little late, but we made the most of it!

Thank you to everyone who came out! And can we talk about Sybil’s glowing shoes?! 👟✨ She understood the assignment! 😂

A huge thank you to Zach for bringing a food donation for Project 66! ❤️ We’re collecting food to help local families this Thanksgiving, and it means so much to see our community stepping up!

These little get-togethers are such a great way to get to know each other beyond our regular meetings.

Next up, a cocktail meetup! 🍹 Paige is on it!

I WILL RESIST NORMAL! 💪❤️

Now that’s a message we can get behind!

It was a great morning at the Villages OKC Positive Aging event at MetroTech, and this message really stood out.

Why have we gotten so comfortable accepting exhaustion, stress, being overworked, undernourished, and under-rested as normal? Getting older doesn’t mean we have to stop learning, growing, or enjoying life!

Today’s topic was just as important: advance directives, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.

These aren’t always easy conversations, but planning ahead is one of the ways we can care for ourselves and the people we love. And it’s never too early to start!

At Truth in Health, we believe education empowers us to make better decisions, whether it’s about our health, our future, or our families.

Thank you, Villages OKC, for bringing our community together for another meaningful morning!

We love seeing our Truth in Health Founders out in the community doing what they do best.

Today, Founder Chris Martin of CallChrisMartin.com was the featured presenter at the BNI Executive Business Group, where he and Truth in Health Executive Director Cindy Paul are both members.

Chris holds the HVAC seat in the chapter, and when we say he knows HVAC, we mean it—he’s been servicing and repairing heating and air systems since 1988!

We’re proud to have people like Chris among our Founders. Truth in Health was built around bringing together people and businesses who believe in stronger communities, meaningful relationships, and helping people live better.

💚 It’s time for us to give.

Truth in Health is partnering with Neighborly Wellness and Project 66 Food & Resource Center to help put Thanksgiving food on the table for local families.

And helping can be as simple as adding one or two extra items to your grocery cart. 🥫

We’re collecting canned corn, green beans, stuffing, broth, cream of mushroom soup, canned sweet potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce and canned pumpkin.

Regenerative medicine is moving quickly. But before asking whether something is the “next big breakthrough,” there are better questions to ask.

What exactly is the treatment?
What does the research actually show?
Where does the product come from?
How is it tested?
What is its regulatory status?
What are the risks, uncertainties, and alternatives?

We brought Dr. Jim Lynch, MD and Chip Paul together for a Truth in Health educational conversation about stem cells, exosomes, peptides, GLP-1s, foundational health, and the evolving science of regenerative medicine.

And one of the best questions of the morning came directly from the audience:

“How do I know what I’m actually getting?”

That question is exactly why Truth in Health exists.

What a great morning at Truth in Health! 💚

Today’s Regenerative Medicine: Beyond the Buzzwords panel brought together Dr. Jim Lynch and Chip Paul for a thoughtful conversation about exosomes, peptides, stem cells, and the evolving field of regenerative medicine.

But one of the best parts? The questions from the room. Our community came ready to learn, ask thoughtful questions, and better understand an area of health that can often feel complicated.

This is exactly what Truth in Health was created to do—bring people together, connect our community with knowledgeable professionals, and create space for education and real conversation.
