Meet Petey! 🧡

Petey was returned through no fault of his own, and he’s ready for the loving forever home he deserves 💔

Petey is a one-of-a-kind, 35-pound sweetheart with the softest velvety coat, adorable fold-over ears, and a beautifully speckled body. He’s about 3 years old, and while we can’t be sure of his breed mix, we think he may have a little Pit Bull Terrier, Whippet, Lab, Shepherd, and a whole lot of charm!

His foster says Petey is a 10/10 dog, affectionate, friendly, playful, gentle, and always happy to share couch cuddles and kisses. He loves people of all ages and has been wonderful with children, including a toddler and his current 9-year-old foster sister. He’s also house-trained, neutered, vaccinated, and good with other dogs. 🐶💛

📍Fostered in Dundalk, Maryland

🧡 About 3 years old
🧡 35lbs | UTD on vaccines + neutered
🧡 Great with kids and dogs dogs
🧡 House-trained and ready for meet-and-greets

Love at first sight really does exist. ❤️✈️🐾

This is the most heartwarming part, seeing so many of our dogs skip foster care altogether and head straight into the arms of their forever families.

These aren’t “let’s see how it goes” adoptions. These are fully committed humans who opened their hearts, trusted the process, and said yes to giving a rescued Sato from Puerto Rico the life they’ve always deserved.

Behind every adoption is a VERY thorough process. We ask a lot of questions, get to know each family, review applications carefully, and of course… we send lots of adorable photos along the way. 🥹 We do everything we can to make sure each match is the perfect one, for both the dog and the adopter.

Watching these first meetings reminds us why we do this. Sometimes, it really is love at first sight. ❤️

A huge congratulations to Cupcake, Kami, Kaleb, Thomas, Odie, Simba, Fluffy, Carey, Cotton, and Pikolin on finding your forever families! 🎉🐶 Watching each of you begin your new lives is exactly why we do what we do.

And we’re not done yet! 👀 We have a few more adoptions pending, so stay tuned for even more happy “gotcha day” posts coming soon. We can’t wait to share them with you!

If you’ve been thinking about adopting, we’d love to help you find your perfect match. We have so many incredible pups waiting for their forever homes.

Fill out an adoption application through the link in our bio or clicking below ⬇️ and let’s help one more Sato find the happy ending they deserve. ❤️✈️🇵🇷

Meet KAMI, our little panda! 🐼

She is 11 lbs & estimated to be ~3.5 months old as of May 8th. (She’s small!). Best guess on full grown weight is 28-35 lbs. We don’t know her breed but our best guess is Shepherd/Lab + many other breeds. She’s a true !

Kami would be GREAT for a first time dog owner! She is a calm, quiet and gentle puppy who is easy to handle & manage!

She loves attention & cuddles! She’s not overly jumpy with people and is great w/children! She’s been child tested with young kids and was excellent!

Kami LOVES to play! She isn’t picky about her toys. Squeaky toys, stuffed animals, sticks, and even paper cups make her happy!

She loves playing w/other dogs and enjoys romping in the yard. Kami is currently being fostered with other puppies and adult dogs of varying sizes and ages and is great with them all! She is easy going.

Kami is smart and catches on to training well. She is crate trained. At night or when her foster is out of the home, she sleeps in her crate without issue. She’s also doing great with house training. When taken out outside, she will do all her business there! She’s also walking well on a leash! 👏

Kami travels excellently! No noise, no car sickness. She’s cool as a cucumber. 🚗🛩️🚊

Kami is a good eater but doesn’t overeat either (…she might be less Lab than we think 😂).

We know she will get along w/cats given her age & calm sweet demeanor. 🐈

Kami was anonymously left in a crate in a school parking lot one night along with 2 other dogs. A rescuer who is a teacher at the school found them the following morning and took them all in. She’s very lucky the right person found her.

Kami is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and tests. She’s ready to fly to her forever home! ✈️🏠

Kami is being fostered in Puerto Rico can fly to many airports along the East Coast with a flight volunteer (in cabin). We organize it all from start to finish and it’s easy peasy! We can send her to JFK, EWR, BWI, DCA, IAD, BDL, BOS, PHL, to name a few.

💕 Meet Miss Nina 💕

16 weeks old • 11lbs • ears doing absolute nonsense 24/7 😂

This goofy little girl is SO much smaller in person than she looks in photos! We expect her to stay a perfect medium size around 25–30lbs full grown.

Nina loves kids, dogs, zoomies, yard playtime, and being wherever the fun is 💃 She’s learning potty training, leash walking, toys, and how to properly eat food instead of just playing with it 😬

And while she LOVES cuddles… they happen strictly on her own terms 💪🏼

💉 Up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and is microchipped.

📍Nina is being fostered in Annapolis, MD.
