Question regarding local firm production crew. Any LPBA members with experience or clients regarding locations for filming? What are pro/cons of allowing film crew to use private airport to shoot some ground/static scenes? No flying segments. Insurance coverage and releases for sure. What would be reasonable daily fee? Thoughts? Thanks

Hotel Room Booking is Now Open for LPBA's Winter 2026 Convention in Mount Dora, Florida

As a classic Hotel, the Lakeside Inn is all about personal service. Rather than booking with a computer, LPBA members are invited to call straight in and book with a real human at 352-383-4101 or 800-556-5016. Be sure to ask for the LPBA room-block and rate. (Please note that the LPBA rate is not available with online booking.)

Additionally, if you prefer a handicap/easily assessable room (with no or minimal stairs) please request that at the time of hotel booking. Many rooms are on higher floors with access by stairs only. (Important Note: as a historic property, the hotel has no guest elevators.)
